The New Members of Shinra
After the incident with Meteor, the old members decided to leave Shinra and Midgar, here are the new people who are responsible for the building of Neo Midgar
Cornelius Shinra- New President of Shinra
Appearance- A very slim man with short blonde hair, wears an expensive velvet coat, and smokes a pipe.
Personality- Cornelius is the cousin of the dead ex-president Shinra. Not as evil or as ruthless as his cousin, he hopes to fufill the dream his cousin once had and is taking every initiative to do it. He is very determined to finish what he starts and has a soft spot in his heart for all living things. (Though I think he's too much of a goody-two-shoes ^_-)

Appearance- Long black hair, nice body, irresistable, appears to be way younger than the president.
Personality- The young wife of Cornelius is very selfish and loves to go shopping all the time for new clothes and accessories. She only married Cornelius for his money and will only stay with him if he keeps on getting more (Although she never told him this, :( ) She's very sensitive and she always wants everything to go her way. She uses her seductive charm to get money out of Cornelius and mostly spends time in the Upper class malls (Spends too much time shopping, I think the president should call a divorce ^_^ )

Rudegger- Head of Weapons development
Appearance- Brown buzzcut hair, straight back, very tall, always stares forward without blinking
Personality- Being a former member of the Shinra army, Rudegger is very disciplined and acts like a soldier most of the time. He is very skilled with weapons and can assemble and analyze a weapon very fast. Though the other members of Shinra think he has no personality, he cares alot for his fellow workers and will do anything to defend them

Fitch- Head of Public Maintenance and order
Appearance- Skinny, curly gray hair, wears a polyester suit.
Personality- Although Fitch is very shy and paranoid, he gets his jobs done no matter how bad the riots or situation. He usually gets rejected by women because of his shyness and lack of woman-skills. He usually stutters and mumbles when he speaks. He may be shy, but he's an overall nice guy

Appearance- Brown ponytailed hair, wears contact lenses, a pretty girl (not as pretty as Cassandra Shinra). Always looks up at the sky at night.
Personality- A heavy dreamer and fantasizer, Regina's dream is to travel around the universe. The other Shinra members say that Regina's head is too much in the clouds. She knows a lot about space and that's why she joined the Space team. She loves to read anyhting on astrology and can spend hours on one book.

Rochan (Nicknamed: The Roach)- Head of City Development Division
Appearance- Dark Haired, wears dark sunglasses and suit (Is this guy a turk?) ,smiles a lot
Personality- Very secretive and hides a lot of things. He seems to love dark places and smiles around them. (Weirdo o_o) (There's nothing else I can say about his personality, it's a secret)
Appearance- Small sized person, with short green hair, wears big glasses and a labcoat
Personality- Very secluded, a total workaholic, spends too much time in the lab. A totally boring person. She hides her inner-self (Which is more funny and nice). Illana wants to be as good as Professor Gast and Hojo.

The New Turks
Cornelius Shinra re-hired the old turks, with bigger raises and hired two new ones
Rude, Reno, and Elena were re-hired with promises of better raises. They still look for canidates for SOLDIER and at least find one person each month. Reno is known for recruiting the most people in a month and he gets the most money. (Now actually owns the new Honey Bee Inn! ^_^)

Yudal and Siagoh
Appearance- Yudal has spiky blue hair and walks in a gangster-like style. Siagoh has long black hair and chews on cherry flavored bubble gum.
Personality- Yudal is the ebonic speaking, gangster type person of the two brothers. Yudal is totally rude to the people he finds to join SOLDIER and is despised by the townspeople. On the other hand, Siagoh is the more polite, gentle brother who is a total womanizer. Siagoh would usally date the people he would recruit for SOLDIER, who are mostly women.
