Welcome to Shinra HQ, where the main offices of Shinra is, here we will explain what each floor is used for and where everything is located.
Welcome to Shinra HQ, located in the center of Neo Midgar, we shall begin our tour from the first floor
Floor 1: Lobby and vehicle display- On the first floor of Shinra HQ, is where Shinra employees and guests enter and can either take the stairs or elevator to where they are going. Shinra also displays their vehicles they have built for display. The daily Shinra bulletin board is near the elevator next to the Sovenier shop. The Sovenier shop has Shinra made jewelry and products for everyone's convenience.
Floor 60: Lobby- This is the waiting area for all Shinra employees and guests, if people have an appointment with a Shinra official, they wait here.
Floor 61: Cafeteria- This is where all Shinra employees eat and take a break. People can choose from a variety of foods from the Shinra cusine. Of course, we recommend you order the "Shinra Special" ^_~ The cafeteria is very clean and is maintained everyday.
Floor 62: Library and Mayor's office- Mayor Domino and his assistant Hart occupy this floor. Even though Domino is the mayor of Midgar, Midgar is still run and owned by Shinra. The library contains records of all of Shinra's work, before and after the Meteor incident. The old files (Before Meteor) are now stored in the old archives, with the new records, such as the rebuilding of Neo Midgar, the new space program, the new architectual plans and the new order of city maintenance.
Floor 63: Storage: In this room, Shinra stores any relic, weapon, or accessory that they have no place for. They often store very rare items here and you must be a licensed Shinra employee to open all of the doors to get the items. Such relics stored in here are Cloud's old Buster Sword, parts of the Prod Clod, Rufus's shotgun and spare Jenova cells.
Floor 64: Gym- This is where the Shinra employees workout. The gym has lots of equipment such as treadmills, weights, showers, spas, relaxation beds and lockers. This place is a definite must if you want to exercise yourself.
Floor 65: Map Room- This is where the head of City development Rochan works. Rochan has created a new model of Neo Midgar and this is where he discusses his plans for the future of Neo Midgar. His daily plans include planning on which buildings are going to be built, Mako reactor output and repairs on broken buildings
Floor 66: Secretary, Meeting room- This is where the Shinra secretaries work, whenever a Shinra official is not availiable, their secretaries take care of the situation. In the center of the room is the meeting room where all the Shinra officials meet and discuss their plans. Though it has been heard you can climb through the bathroom vents and spy on the meeting room.
Floor 67: Lab- This is where Shinra conducts it's experiments on specimens and people of SOLDIER. This is the floor where Jenova was once held, but it escaped. On the far right, are detention cells where prisoners are kept. With Hojo dead, a new team of scientists led by the new head of science division Illana conducts new experiments for Shinra's benefit
Floor 68: Upper Lab- On floor 67, there is a huge test container that elevates up here to floor 68. This room is the control center for the experiments inside of the container. The controls are loacted at the top of the room and operate the radiation and mako control within the container
Floor 69: Main Offices- This is the main office of all the Shinra officials. In this office, they work on their plans on the computers and this is the storage base for all of Shinra's future plans. As soon as a plan is finished, it is transported to floor 62 by modem. The computers on this floor are unhackable and virus protected.
Floor 70: President's office- This is the end of our tour.....this is the president's main office where he works and observes all of Neo Midgar. The computers on this floor have access to everything electrical on Neo Midgar and can only be used by the president. This floor has a communcation center that can communicate anywhere on the planet. Outside is the president's personal helipad where he flies on helicopter to reach wherever he is going. Only people with the president's approval have access to this floor.....
